Description of problem:
After install Fedora Workstation I did not change the default wallpaper (/usr/share/backgrounds/f32/default - 2(!) files: f32.png, f32.xml) and did a system update. Now in folder /usr/share/backgrounds/f32/default is 3 files: f32.png, f32.xml (link), f32-static.xml, but f32 picture cannot be selected with Gnome Settings, this picture just does not appear in the interface Gnome Settings -> Background (see applied screenshot01.png).
I also noticed that f32.png has a status executing file (see Properties in Nautilus and star before filename in Midnight Commander).
The folder /usr/share/gnome-background-properties/ contains f32.xml where indicated that exist /usr/share/backgrounds/f32/default/f32-01-dawn.png etc (animated wallpaper), but they are not in the system after installation...
