Hello,

The rubygem-vault package fails to install in F33 with error message:

  nothing provides rubygem(aws-sigv4) = 1.1.1 needed by rubygem-vault-0.13.1-1.fc33.noarch

Yeah, a new dependency got added in a point release. :( Luckily, it's explicitly optional, so I'll submit an update that filters the missing requires out.
