Description of problem:
The directory /usr/share/yang/ is populated by the frr package, but neither owned nor with package dependency.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
frr-7.0-5.el8

How reproducible:
See above and below.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. dnf install frr
2. rpm -qf /usr/share/yang/
   file /usr/share/yang is not owned by any package

Actual results:
/usr/share/yang/ is a dangling directory on packaging level.

Expected results:
Include "%dir /usr/share/yang/" into frr spec file or add a dependency to a yang-filesystem package or similar (if existing).
