Upstream PR https://github.com/theforeman/foreman/pull/7628 was merged, moving to POST. The fix should land in foreman 2.1

Verified with:
Red Hat Satellite 6.8.0

Verification Steps:
1. Install Satellite 6.8.0
2. Login in Web Console(any user)
3. Red Hat Satellite brand icon present(Upper left corner)

Result:
Verified
