This wasn't rebuilt because gnupg2 was broken in Fedora at the time:

> gpgv2: symbol lookup error: /lib64/libgcrypt.so.20: undefined symbol: dlopen

In any case it's due to be rebuilt today as part of the OCaml mass rebuild.
