Bug 1831762

slapi-nis 0.56.5 upstream release includes exclusively fixes found in RHEL 7/RHEL 8 deployments of RHEL IdM. In order to reduce maintenance burden rebase to 0.56.5 is preferred.

Log of changes between 0.56.0 and 0.56.5 includes following commits. All but the last few commits with 'Bug ..' prefixes are already in RHEL 7.8.
