Is it still correct that Ansible 2.9 is not supported for Ceph Storage 4.0?

We're running already Ansible 2.9 in our environment. Do we have to downgrade or install another ansible control node?

Yes, RHCS 4.0 only supports Ansible 2.8. RHCS 4.1 will support Ansible 2.9, and we're tracking that in bug 1807085.
