Description of problem:
There is public pool added in default chrony.conf configuration file.

# cat /etc/chrony.conf | grep "2.rhel.pool.ntp.org"
pool 2.rhel.pool.ntp.org iburst

Due to this, systems are trying to connect to this public pool.

This is the problem for those who uses private ntp servers and didn't have internet connectivity on cloudforms appliance.

In Cloudforms UI, We can handle this with commenting out the above line while NTP configuration.

Actual results:
CFME system connect to public default pool for timesync - 2.rhel.pool.ntp.org

Expected results:
As cloudforms handles NTP configuration in UI, this public should be removed while configuring NTP servers.

Okay sorry shouldn't be in post cause I need someone with actual power to cut a version of the gem that includes that PR.
