Description of problem:
OCP+CNV is installed successfully with some components missing, see bz 1832283.
It should fail the installation if not all components are installed successfully.
Some checks should be added to the installation.

This is basically a side effect of https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1844105

It will be implicitly fixed fixing that one.

https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1844105 is ON_QA, moving this to ON_QA as well.
Adding TestOnly label because we don't really have any specific code change here.

SSP installation and upgrade pass successfully; moving to verified.
