Description of problem:

On a distributed-replicated volume, if node reboot is performed while rebalance is in progress, the rebalance status is not shown correctly after the node is up.

Steps to Reproduce:
-------------------
1. Create a 1X3 volume and start it.
2. Mount the volume using FUSE.
3. On client node, start linux kernel untar
4. While IO is still in progress, add bricks to the volume.
5. Start rebalance process.
6. After a few files are scanned, reboot a node part of the volume.
Actual results:
--------------
The rebalance status of the node, which was rebooted is not shown properly once the reboot completes.
Expected results:
----------------
Rebalance status should be shown correctly.
