These 2 sentences are not very clear to me and looks to be a bit confusing.

Chater 1.2.1. Requirements for installing OpenShift Container Storage using local storage devices

NOTE
Make sure to add this label to all worker nodes that have local storage devices to be used by OpenShift Container Storage.

[Bipin]  Why do we need a note here?  We have already mentioned in the above point that says"Each worker node must have a specific label to deploy OpenShift Container Storage pods. To label the nodes, use the following command".  

Here we are giving half message and try to clarify further half in the note.

Instead of note, I would prefer to improve the bullet point statement itself. 

(2) 
No other storage providers that are managing locally mounted storage on the storage nodes that conflicts with the local storage operator must be present.

[Bipin] I would like to rewrite it as : "There should not be any storage providers managing locally mounted storage on the storage nodes which would conflict with the use of Local Storage Operator for Red Hat OpenShift Container Storage.
