Description of problem:

Exporting a content-view version does not export the description/definition of it, it should exports the content view version's description as well on the other satellite server.  

Also, content view description should be able to modify with hammer command. There is no option to change the description of a content view with hammer command.

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Publish and promote the content version and assign a description to it. 
2. Export the published version of the content view. 
3. It should import the content view description to the other satellite server. 

Actual results:
Does not export and import the content view description.

Expected results:
Should be able to export and import the content view description and should be able to modify the content view description with the hammer command.

This works with 7.0

I have tested this and was able to import a cv from an export and the description persisted. Setting to ON_QA

Steps to test:

1. Publish and promote the content version and assign a description to it. 
2. Export the published version of the content view. 
3. Import the content to another satellite

Expected:
The description of the cv and the description of the cvv should be appear after import

Actual:
The description of the cv and the description of cvv does appear after import


Verified on 7.0 snap 13 with rhel8
