got an empty page if access dev console Topology url directly

Description of problem:
cluster-admin user, login dev console, and check project Topology via the "Topology" link from the left bar, example, the url would be:
https://console-openshift-console.apps.wzheng-share.qe.devcluster.openshift.com/topology/ns/test/graph
if we access the url directly, we would get an empty page

I meant:
copy the Topology url and open the page in a new tab

found it in firefox 54.0 (64-bit), no such issue with firefox 76
