I'm betting you are using the old and now deprecated (and unsupported) scsi "adapter" in your vmware config. Try reconfiguring your vm to use the newer one. Yes your are right. After changing the HDD to IDE it works :) Thanks a lot for the quick answer. I haved used SCSI because it is labeled as RECOMMENDED in the vmware menu. |
