Packaging of external kernel modules is not allowed: https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/packaging-guidelines/what-can-be-packaged/#_no_external_kernel_modules And anyway, these drivers are already included upstream: https://github.com/linuxwacom/input-wacom/wiki/Kernel-Drivers Apparently there is a delay in updating these drivers. A Wacom One tablet works in Fedora only as graphic tablet, the screen is recognized but it does not work. It works in Ubuntu 20.04 and it also works in Fedora 32 after following the instructions in https://github.com/linuxwacom/input-wacom/wiki/Installing-input-wacom-from-source It is working now.
