The last commit changed the package name from python-readme-renderer to python-readme_renderer (since you're using pypi_name in Name now):

Either the "dist-git" package needs to be renamed to python-readme_renderer, or the change to "Name" needs to be reverted.

This was fixed in https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/python-readme-renderer/c/6baab375ac883af1af103960ee243a84f7a26bb6?branch=master I guess.
