Description of problem: In some scenarios the builder image detection is successful but their is no builder image to select in the selector.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):


How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. in 4.5 cluster, go to git import form.
2. Add https://github.com/rohitkrai03/blog in git URL field
3. Click outside and let the builder image detection complete.

Actual results:
Alert says builder image is detected and recommended but no image is selected

Expected results:
Alert should say could not detect builder image.
