How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install openshift serverless operator
2. On Add page, click on the event source
3. choose kafkasource and fill the form

Actual results:
The existing UI will accept only one string field

Expected results:
As per the new API changes in v1alpha1 API, it should accept array of strings.
