1. Go to the login page
2. look on the hat background
3.

Actual results:
background is centralized and cropped

Expected results:
The hat should be fully seen and floated to the left side

Upstream PR got merged and redmine #29741 is closed
it fixed the branding styles too.

Moving this bug to POST for triage into Satellite 6 since the upstream issue https://projects.theforeman.org/issues/29741 has been resolved.

Observation:

 The Hat fully seen and floated to the left side
