Yes. Originally this package was in place primarily to support gphpedit, which is now retired. I was intending to retire php-manual-en as well, but missed it. If someone (perhaps you?) is interested in maintaining php-manual-en, they are welcome to take it, otherwise it's going to be retired. Sure, I can maintain it since I'm the one asking for it. Related question: I noticed most documentation packages are named with a '-doc' suffix, like 'php-doc'. Is that something we should worry about? OK, if you give me your Fedora username I'll assign the package to you. We had a discussion about the package naming on fedora-devel (or its equivalent back then) when I created the package (which was a very, very long time ago) and settled on this, but it may well be worth revisiting in light of current packaging guidelines and practices.
