Description of problem:

A context menu appears 1.25 cm (.5 inch) too high and without color or outline.
See attached screenshots.

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Use a laptop with a smallish/normal screen to connect to the Admin Portal.
2. Go to Compute > Host and open a host.
3. Click the Network Interfaces tab.
4. Click Setup Host Network button. (screenshot1.png)
5. Scroll down so that the top of the Setup Host.. pane is outside the window.
6. Right-click one of the network interfaces.
7. Observe that the context menu appears offset too far up, lacks color and an outline. (screenshot2.png)

Actual results:

The context menu is messed up.

Expected results:

The context menu should look normal.

This bugzilla is included in oVirt 4.4.1 release, published on July 8th 2020.

Since the problem described in this bug report should be resolved in oVirt 4.4.1 release, it has been closed with a resolution of CURRENT RELEASE.
