Description of problem:

We need more pointers for people involved in testing. One of these is better
documentation and references. 


Actual results:

Comments in fedora-devel.repo which are pretty extensive. 

Expected results:

Adding this additional reference to http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Testing would
be helpful.

I am sort of biased since I wrote the page but additional pointers can help for
those who actually bother to read the information provided.

Added. Realistically, I question the wisdom of these comments - do people really
*read* the repo files that much?
