Description of problem:

SR-IOV tests check readiness looking into the SR-IOV config daemon's logs.
Because of the issue described in https://github.com/openshift/sriov-network-operator/pull/200 , the time needed for settling may be longer than 10 minutes.

Impact only on the test suite
