When running "sshd -T" you get the following error, which is not handled correctly.  This only happens if you have a match statement in your /etc/ssh/sshd_config file

# sshd -T
'Match User' in configuration but 'user' not in connection test specification

This has been reported on OpenBSD 6.2 as well:

Thank you for the bug report. It is certainly something useful to have and we will consider it with the next update (unless it has some higher impact on you/customer).
