Description of problem:
ClusterLoggingOperator crash loops when reconciling due to nil pointer with Kibana.

Always

Actual results:
Panic in CLO logs and pod crash loops

Expected results:
No errors, no crash loop

The clusterlogging is running well when the kibana cr is deleted.

@Anping, any logs available for this issue? Is that fixed? I have to update docs, but I can't find the PR that fixes that issue.
