Description of problem:
After 2 days a Loadbalancer went into error state.

None of the 3 controller sosreports contain container logs (/var/log/containers directory). Also, it looks like the controllers were not properly configured -- for example, I do not see file /var/lib/config-data/puppet-generated/octavia/etc/octavia/post-deploy.conf in any of the 3 controllers.

I couldn't reproduce it. I will add logs and give access to the setup when I'll be able to reproduce it.
