Description of problem:
Can we please have llvm6.0 branched and built for epel8?

I would like to build ghc-8.6.5 for epel8 and it requires
llvm6.0 for aarch64.

Additional info:
I am happy to help build/maintain llvm6.0/epel8 if that helps.

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 33 development cycle.
Changing version to 33.
