Operand's list view - The width of the “Last Updated” column is off

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to OperatorHub view, install any Operator, e.g "ArgoCD Operator"
2. Go to Installed Operator view, create ArgoCD instance
3. Go to instance list view

Actual results:
The width of the “Last Updated” column is off

Expected results:
The width of the “Last Updated” column should be the same as other columns.

Last Updated Column showing correctly

1. Go to OperatorHub view, install any Operator, e.g "ArgoCD Operator"
2. Go to Installed Operator view, create ArgoCD instance
3. Go to instance list view, Last Updated column is shown correctly
