Description of problem:
After exporting/importing templates from UI, the reports page is displayed which doesn't have a search field like audits component in Satellite. The search field should be able to allow searching based on columns in reports and maybe more fields. This makes QE automation hard in test asserting for templates reporting.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Import / Export the templates from/to git/directory etc.
2. Check for the reports of sync post submit.


Actual results:
The reports are displayed but the search field is missing for reports filtering. 

Expected results:
The search filed should be implemented in template sync reporting as we have the same in audits component of the satellite.
