thanks. so - this is the one that pulls in bzip2->bzip2-sys, both not in Fedora, and bzip2-sys bundles the C++ version. So I'll try and fix them before shipping this.

added dependency on rust-bzip2 review

requesting repo in parallel since we can just quickly reenable bzip2 support once that's reviewed
