Description: 
This is mainly a reminder for the LXQt maintainers (especially myself) to remember get rid of ark and use lxqt-archiver in the @lxqt group.

For compos maintainers, please keep this open and assigned to me, as I will send a PR after everything is ready. Thanks.

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 33 development cycle.
Changing version to 33.

I did not make it happen within Fedora 33. Targeting Fedora 34 now.
