Description of problem:
Additional patch to improve logging (found when testing https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1781357 on RHEL7: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1832289).

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Setup aws with a role
2. iptables -A OUTPUT -p tcp -m tcp --dport 443 -j REJECT
3. fence_aws -r us-east-1 -o list

Actual results:
Fails with traceback.

Expected results:
Fails with error that it's unable to connect to AWS servers.
