The original intent of this bug https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1812789 is to fix the issue 
where remove-brick happens for long time with distributed disperse volume.

But this issue is a separate issue out of that, where glusterd crashed because of DHT problem.
As this is a separate issue in the separate component, please treat it as a separate bug,
and not a DUP of other disperse(EC) bug
