I have added Obsoletes to ghc-rpm-macros:f32 but didn't build it yet.
I will do that soon (I was waiting to add overrides support to my fbrnch tool).

I can't fix `dnf install ghc-derive-2.6.5-4.fc32` but `dnf install ghc-derive*` is obsoleted by ghc-obsoletes.
