Verified on:
openshift-4.5.3

Steps:
1. added a least 6 search domains on /etc/resolv.conf
2. deployed OCP on RHV cluster
3. # oc project openshift-machine-api
4. # oc get events | grep DNS

Results:
No flooded warning events regarding DNSConfigForming
