Description of problem:
bz1638365 broke libwmf utlils

How reproducible:

Actual results:
ERROR: font.c (1335): wmf_ipa_font_map: failed to load *any* font!

In Fedora 28 this happened too https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1595490 fixed it there

This issue is now fixed within libwmf-0.2.8.4-44.el7.
