Description of problem:

from time to time i can't connect to my vsftpd server with the following messages
cfengine:b04-14:package install:
ftp://ftp.int-evry.fr/pub/linux/rpmrepo/jpackage/1.6/generic/free/repodata/repomd.xml:
[Errno 4] IOError: [Errno ftp error] [Errno ftp error] 500 OOPS: vsf_sysutil_bind

sometimes not always

2. got the infamous messages

i would ove to be able to connect

it s a bit annoying as yum updates failed miserably

It's a vsftpd error that pops up when the server can't bind to a particular
socket. It might occur fe. if the server is overloaded or there are too many
connections.
