Description of problem:
createrepo_c in RHEL 8.2 cannot create DeltaRPMs of RPMs using zstd compression because drpm erroneously does not have zstd support enabled. Please enable it so that this isn't broken anymore.

I've fixed the conditional in the upstream drpm spec with the following commit: https://github.com/rpm-software-management/drpm/commit/4f74624e6904a1855fb06f06793864946f1d3c77
