Description of problem:

RPM is not installing required package (qt5-qtquickcontrols2)

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. dnf install spectral
2. spectral

Actual results:
$ spectral 
QQmlApplicationEngine failed to load component
qrc:/qml/main.qml:2 module "QtQuick.Controls" version 2.12 is not installed

Expected results:
spectral runs

This should be fixed via https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/spectral/pull-request/1. Could you merge this and submit an update to F32 please?
