The latest Elasticsearch v4.4 image is v4.4.0-202006031212. It had included the fix. But the latest CSV doesn't include this images. Move to modified.

Is https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1842517#c3 relevent to verifying the issue? The bug was logged because the release builds were unable to successfully complete a build.  #c3 seems it is either a timing issue or something ART related and the issue is otherwise resolved.
