Description of problem:
I checked two BZs [1][2] which are listed as "known issues" [3] for 4.1. release notes, both of them seems to have been fixed, so they should be listed at bug fixes section instead.

I updated the Doc Text for Bug 1793564. Will update the doc text for the other BZ next.

I updated the Doc Text for Bug 1794351 as well. Just need to rebuild the release notes with the CoRN script and republish.

The RN now show these as Bug Fixes.
