python3-basemap fails to install on epel8:

# dnf install python3-basemap
Last metadata expiration check: 0:26:55 ago on Thu Jun  4 15:54:14 2020.
Error: 
 Problem: conflicting requests
  - nothing provides python3.6dist(pyshp) >= 1.2.0 needed by python3-basemap-1.2.1-1.el8.x86_64
(try to add '--skip-broken' to skip uninstallable packages or '--nobest' to use not only best candidate packages)
