Description of problem:
The following patch makes aliyun-vpc-move-ip log errors about which command and return code was returned when failing.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Setup aliyun-vpc-move-ip with a parameter that makes it fail.

Actual results:
Doesnt log command and rc for the command that failed.

Expected results:
Logs command and rc for the command that failed.
