Ops.. In "Step to Reproduce" read "rpm -e lex" as "rpm -e flex"

Do you have a buildlog showing how it fails if flex is not installed?

Reproduced: lex is needed to generate the Indic map files for phonetic_im.

Should be fixed in 12.1-13.EL.4.
