Description of problem:
When doing a graphical installation it is not possible to fetch a custom datastream through a network.


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
oscap-anaconda-addon-1.0-10.el8.noarch.rpm
anaconda-29.19.2.17-1.el8.x86_64.rpm

Steps to Reproduce:
Tested in VM:
1. Start graphical installation and select 'virbr0' as shared device.
2. Start http server in a directory with datastream (for example with `python3 -m http.server`)
4. Select "Network & Hostname" and connect to network.
3. In "Security Policy" window click "Change content" button and try fetching datastream from http server.


Actual results:
Error is printed: "Failed to fetch content. Enter a different URL, please." and content is not fetched.


Expected results:
No error is printed and content is fetched from the http server.
