Description Michal Skrivanek 2020-06-05 09:59:04 UTC
CentOS Stream seems to be working, actually better than 8.1 currently. Let's provide a release rpm with the right repos for it to allow people test it a bit more.
It also works with latest AdvancedVirt build

Dominik is working on better location for openvswitch builds (but if it gets stuck please go ahead with https://copr-be.cloud.fedoraproject.org/results/dominik/OpenvSwitch/epel-8-x86_64/)

Comment 1 Sandro Bonazzola 2020-06-05 12:02:30 UTC
I've some issues with introducing support for 8-stream on CentOS side. Right now I can't push CentOS Community builds to CentOS Stream and those builds I send to CentOS Linux 8 may not be compatible at all with CentOS Stream.
This will probably means I'll have to build some packages twice, once in CentOS Community Build System for CentOS 8 and once in COPR for CentOS Stream.

Installation of ovirt over CentOS Stream host was succesfull
