Description of problem:
When running engine-setup without --offline option and not having internet connection the deployment fails.
The deployment should not fail and just prompt a message regarding an offline installation being performed.

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1.disable internet connection
2.run engine-setup


Actual results:
Deployment fails

Expected results:
Deployment succeeds and shows a message regarding offline installation being made

This is a duplicate of bug 1130445, see especially bug 1130445 comment 14. Of course we can reopen this for discussion, but it was not easy to fix.
