Fedora provides very old version of aiorpcX https://pypi.org/project/aiorpcX/

Currently shipped version is 0.11.0 while the mainstream is 0.18.4

It also blocks the Electrum update.

I have updated rawhide and f32. Will need to update in sync with Electrum 4.0.2.
