This clone bug is created for tracking purposes. The issue reported has been originally fixed on core OVN ovn2.11-2.11.1-35.

Currently, the issue is not resolved on latest OSP13 puddle (2020-05-28.2), whose OVN version is ovn2.11-2.11.1-33.
Updating OVN version on OSP13 is blocked at this moment due to different issues.

resolution of ERRATA.
