Description of problem:
Backport msgr v2.1 protocol changes to RHCS 5.0

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
RHCS 5.0

Additional info:
The on-wire protocol has been updated to fix CRC and secure design issues. The kernel messenger will eventually support the v2.1 protocol (not v2.0) so it needs to be included in RHCS 5.0 to eventually support the updated RHEL implementation.

This is the code change and automation tests are fine and the cluster is up. Hence closing the Bug.
